Addendum

While everyone must read and understand the client care statement prior to commencing a plan, we find the statement a little confusing so we have set out in the addendum exactly what the contract does and does not do.

While our addendum is not replacing the Client Care Statement and is not essential that it be signed, it is designed to explain in simple language what obligations exist for both the Plan Owner and MFP.
